The Development Assistant will be responsible for processing raffle ticket purchases, mailing raffle ticket orders and responding to raffle inquiries during an active campaign period.

The Major Gifts & Research Coordinator reports to the Individual Giving Director and plays a critical role in increasing individual donor support. He/she is responsible for a wide variety of prospect donor research and major gift activities that increases the major gift pipeline. Key areas of emphasis include identifying, profiling, and qualifying prospects, estimating financial capacity and organizational affinity, pinpointing institutional linkages and funding interests. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Major Gifts Team (Director of Development, Individual Giving Director, Major Gifts Officer, CEO, and Executive Artistic Director) in activities such as gift processing, report generation, donor relations, event production, and general administrative duties.

SFJAZZ is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position is key to ensuring certain facilities projects are completed on time and within budget. The Facilities Maintenance Technician creatively completes a wide variety of tasks around both reactive and preventative maintenance as well as proactively planning for projects that provide solutions for improving the performance of the department and building as a whole. Performs a variety of highly complicated tasks with finesse, grace, tact, and goodwill. Able to find solutions that work within the architectural and sound design requirements and limitations of the SFJAZZ Center and within the budgetary constraints of a non-profit performing arts facility.

Under the direction of the Box Office Manager, the Box Office Customer Service Assistant is responsible for acting as a customer service representative and retail and ticket sales assistant at the SFJAZZ Box Office and Store. The ideal candidate for this position is a friendly customer service-oriented individual available for full time work with a variable schedule who is proficient at multi-tasking and is reliable, punctual and maintains a professional appearance.
